For those of you who wondered why I haven’t posted any new weight loss updates, I am doing 2 months of no weighing. I will weigh on the 9th of June an then again on the 13th of July.
This is to clear my head, an release any tension weighing once a week have caused me, especially since I am really trying to do my best now to getting fitter and more toned, and don’t want to stress every single week if I have gained or lost .2kg
I am on track though, and my eating habits remain the same as it always has worked for me, and still works, and because I actually don’t have a choice.
