Hi anon, to lose 3.3lbs in one week is quite easy. I have lost up to 6lbs a week in the past. All that you need to do is eat healthy, drink lots of water and exercise. And if I say eat healthy, I mean eat healthy. Lots of fresh veggies and fruit. little fat. lean meat. Fat free milk. Healthy porridge. No sugary drinks.
In this particular week I ate healthy. drank 8 glasses of water a day and also did Pilates 5 days of the week.
